Chief Executive Officer
Shane Walker became Brock Holdings’ Chief Executive Officer in 2006 after serving as Head of Portfolio Management for five years. Prior to joining Brock Holdings, Mr. Walker worked for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for more than ten years, spending most of his time there in their private wealth management unit.
Shane Walker has lived and worked in Sydney, London, Singapore and Hong Kong for Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Bank of America and JP Morgan. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and a M.Sc. in Finance from Monash University.
Chief Operating Officer
Edwin Chu joined Brock Holdings in 2007 before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2010. In his 30 year career he has worked for Standard Chartered, where he had a number of operational and controller roles, and as a management consultant.
Mr. Chu is originally from Taiwan and earned a Masters’ degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Taipei.
Chief Risk Officer
Arthur Houghton joined Brock Holdings in 2008 and took over as Chief Risk Officer in 2009. He has previously worked for Barclays Bank where he held various operational and risk management positions, and the Royal Bank of Scotland, where he was a senior member of their emerging markets risk assessment team.
Arthur Houghton holds a Masters’ degree from the Judge Business School of Cambridge University.
